Counseling Style and Philosophy I believe that all individuals, of all ages, have the potential to achieve self actualization, balance, peace and happiness. My job as a counselor is to be a partner in that journey. The most effective method of change is when you discover it yourself, but sometimes we need help from an outside, non-biased source to help us see through the chaos and craziness of everyday life. Some people seek counseling when they are in a situation where they clearly need help. Others seek counseling as an opportunity to have a “Booster Shot” toward health and balance.
